By accessing or using ProPilot AI ("Service," "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use ProPilot AI.
ProPilot AI is a SaaS property management platform that provides AI-powered tools for leasing automation, maintenance dispatch, resident communication, financial management, compliance tracking, and portfolio analytics. The platform is accessible via web browser and mobile application (iOS/Android).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ProPilot AI is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
ProPilot AI is designed exclusively for lawful property management activities. You agree not to: • Use the platform to discriminate in housing based on any protected class under the Fair Housing Act or applicable state/local laws • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent property or tenant data • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any AI model or security control • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
ProPilot AI uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, draft notices, recommend actions, and automate workflows. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and operational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You expressly agree that: • AI-generated legal notices (pay-or-quit, eviction, lease violation) must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before serving on any resident. • AI-generated financial projections are estimates only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions without independent CPA review. • AI screening and risk scoring tools use objective financial criteria only. You are solely responsible for ensuring all tenant screening and housing decisions comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state/local laws. • ProPilot AI is not a licensed law firm, real estate broker, or financial advisor. • ProPilot AI is not liable for any eviction outcome, regulatory fine, fair housing complaint, or financial loss arising from actions taken based on AI-generated content.
You agree to use ProPilot AI in compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.) and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. AI screening tools provided are based on objective financial criteria only. ProPilot AI is not responsible for discriminatory practices by users of the platform. If you believe you have experienced housing discrimination, contact the HUD Fair Housing Hotline: 1-800-669-9777.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant).
ProPilot AI may connect with third-party services. By enabling integrations, you authorize ProPilot AI to interact with those services on your behalf. ProPilot AI is not liable for issues arising from third-party service changes, outages, or policy updates. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You own all property and tenant data you upload to ProPilot AI. By using the platform, you grant ProPilot AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. All platform software, AI models, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of ProPilot AI.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROPILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 90 days before deletion. We may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms or illegal conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a class action lawsuit.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes via email or in-app notification.
